Rio Blanco County Abstract Company, Inc. has been in existence for over 100 years. The earliest records indicate that Harvey Wildhack was one of the original partners in 1911. In 1928 the business was purchased by John Wix, T.B. Scott, and John Clark.Robert White became the owner in 1949. White operated the business until 1979 when he sold to Ron Kent. In 1997, Dean Hubbell purchased the business. Patrick Burwell (owner of Commonwealth Title Company of Garfield County, Inc.) and Erik Brown purchased the business in 2018.
